一、作為一個圖書館員角色，可以參與什麼koha工作？
圖書館員不用寫程式，也會有貢獻。
- Reporting Bugs (How to write good bug reports for Koha)撰寫錯誤報告
- Submitting your ideas (RFC’s)提出想法
- Contributing your custom reports報表。例如：借閱率統計表
- Translating Koha into your language翻譯

二、Koha有哪些方向參與討論？哪些mailing list可供使用？
（一）General List
註：host
伺服器放在這家公司，但不一定負責管理。
（二）Specialised Lists
不一定要用英文發問，還可以使用法文、德文、西班牙文。
Patches List（已經有人處理錯誤）→Bugs List（等待、修改中、急迫、群眾募資）

計算bug總共需要多久處理時間→認養時間→公司出面，公布一小時多少錢→品質保證
- Koha Developers List：for people working on Koha. If you are a developer then you will probably want to join the patches,commits and bugs mailing lists as well.
- Koha Patches List：for sending and receiving patches that need to be applied to Koha.
- Koha Bugs List：All activity in Koha’s Bugzilla
- Koha Documentation List：for sending in patches to be applied to the Koha manuals.
- Koha-translate：for people wanting to talk about Koha translations.
- French language list：& site for people who speak French
- German language list：for people who speak German and want to work on Koha’s German support

四、Koha網址為什麼變更？
LibLime公司在美國申請到Koha的商標權，
www.koha.org已經被該公司註冊、取得權利。2009年，該公司與Koha社群成員起了爭議。該公司既不願分享內容也不把軟體補丁回饋給社群，意圖分裂軟體與社羣，於是社群成員建立獨立的網頁、原始碼，公開給所有社群成員，脫離該公司的掌控。2010年3月，PTFS公司併購該公司後，形勢更加險惡。
後來，Liblime PTFS公司到歐盟、紐西蘭申請商標權，不幸被拒。
1999年，赫羅范努瓦圖書館委託卡提朴公司開發GNU GPL授權的圖書館管理軟體，命名為Koha。2011年11月，Liblime PTFS購入卡提朴公司的Koha部門後，該公司宣稱向紐西蘭智慧財產局申請Koha商標權。經過Koha社群、Catalyst公司的異議，2013年12月，贏得Koha商標權訴訟，撤銷該公司的商標申請，並由其負擔訴訟費用。
24頁的判決書指出，該公司的軟體與赫羅范努瓦圖書館的軟體絕大部份相同，惟赫羅范努瓦圖書館的軟體為自由授權，若該公司使用Koha商標將混淆或欺騙相當數量的社會大眾，判決該公司賠償赫羅范努瓦圖書館3,820元紐西蘭幣（約新台幣82,817元）以及3,820元紐西蘭幣（約新台幣76,964元）給Catalyst公司。
商標為地區性，網址卻是全球性的。
